We manage competing voices, confusing opinions, and shifting values all the time, and it’s easy to let Jesus slowly drift from the center of our lives. This same thing was happening in the early church at Colossae. Paul wrote them a letter titled Colossians to remind them and us that Jesus is more than just helpful and inspiring. Jesus is Above All other things. Above creation. Above the church. Above your life. Over the next few weeks, we’ll explore the letter of Colossians and walk through this book of the Bible together as a church to discover why Paul believed Jesus should be the organizing center of our lives, not just on Sundays.
